AAFM India Private Ltd. provides multiple memberships, certifications and trainings, subscriptions, products including books and periodicals, webinar recording etc.  (the “Products &Services”) based on its mandate from AAFM USA.

Before purchasing any Product or Services, please review our refund policy as purchases are final with no available refund.

REFUND POLICY:

All sales, subscriptions, memberships, certification enrolments, admissions, services or products bought are final once you have registered, enrolled, subscribed, or scheduled an exam, paid for a service or product or a certification. Before finalizing any purchase decision, please take care to ensure that our product and services will satisfy your requirements.

Please note that AAFM India Private Ltd. follows a no refund policy and any payments made would not be refunded under any circumstances.

GOVERNING LAW AND FORUM FOR DISPUTES:

AAFM India Private Ltd. Private Ltd. operates this Website from India regardless of where our hosting servers may be located. All legal issues arising from or related to the use of the Website or these Website Terms of Use shall be governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the Republic of India, applicable to contracts entered into and wholly to be performed within said jurisdiction, without regard to principles of conflict of laws.
